For tailoring services:
The end-to-end delivery process can be summarized as below:

  • Upon receipt of your fabric, tailoring will take between 10 to 14 days
  • Then, it will be shipped to your designated address. This will take between 3 to 5 days

Tailors may not accept orders when overloaded, for instance during peak seasons such as Hari Raya to ensure smooth quality deliveries to clients.

For ready to wear clothing:
The delivery period is between 3 to 5 days.

Weekends and holidays:
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Delivery locations and rates:

We deliver to locations in Malaysia based on a flat rate at the average of RM10 and local pick up. The exact communications on delivery rates will be found during your ordering process with the respective vendor of your choice.

Time commitment:
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) from the respective services / product vendors that you order from.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
