Shipping Policy

We provide FLAT RATE delivery all across Malaysia, RM10 standard shipping fee applicable.
For all international orders, there will be additional charges based on the location and the shipping items.
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
All orders are shipped on weekdays from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

Refund Policy

Returns can be accepted within 14 days of receipt (for local and international orders). Acceptable conditions for returns are:
1. Wrong item sent (Return)
2. Size not fit (Exchange only)
3. Want to change items in the same category (Exchange only)

For exchanges, kindly indicate the new size/color you would like to exchange with in the return form.

Only items that are in its original condition; unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with label still attached can be returned/exchanged.

Items that are damaged from wear and tear during shipment are not the responsibility of the seller and claim has to be made to the shipment provider.

For returns and exchanges, customers are advised to notify us first by quoting the order number and product details.

Please note that delivery fee for return to seller has to borne by the customer.

The management reserves the rights to reject any returns / exchanges at our discretion.
