for tailoring services: The end-to -end delivery process can be summarized
as below;
Upon receipt of your fabric, tailoring will take between 10-14 days
Then,it will be shipped to your designated address. This will take between 3 to 5 days
Tailors may not accept orders when overloaded,for instance during peak season such as Hari Raya to ensure smooth quality deliveries to clients.

Refund Policy

Refund will only be applicable if we receive notification within 5 business days from the time of your receiving the delivery. You are eligible for a refund if the tailoring specifications are not met with a clear proof of its discrepancy.
Return Policy:
We accept returns if items sent are not as per order specifications such as wrong color, wrong size and etc.
