Generally, our refund, return and exchange policy cover the following to cater for your needs:

For Tailoring Services

  1. There will be no refund if we do not receive your fabric.
  2. For damaged goods, there will be a refund for tailoring or stitching services only. There will be no refund for the cost of the fabric.
  3. Email support@benang.org with your order number to receive your return authorization. You are responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of your choice.
  4. Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  5. We DO NOT accept any returns after 14 days from the ship date.
  6. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly. Email support@benang.org.
  7. Please contact support@benang.org to cancel an order. If your order has not shipped yet, we will attempt to cancel your order and provide confirmation within 24 business hours. If your order has shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
  8. You will receive an email confirmation of your refunds for your records.

For Ready To Wear

FOR READY TO WEAR:

  1. Returns can be accepted within 14 days of receipt. Acceptable conditions for returns are:
    – when we send you the wrong items, we accept returns.
    – If the size does not fit you, we will exchange with the right size.
    – If you want to change items in the same category, we will exchange with the respective item.
  2. For exchanges, kindly indicate the new size/color you would like to exchange with in the return form.
  3. Only items that are in its original condition; unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with a label still attached can be returned/exchanged.
  4. Items that are damaged from wear and tear during shipment are not the responsibility of the seller and a claim has to be made to the shipment provider.
  5. For returns and exchanges, customers are advised to notify us first by quoting the order number and product details.
  6. Please note that the delivery fee for return to the seller must be borne by the customer.
  7. The management reserves the rights to reject any returns/exchanges at our discretion.
